Kiwi Lime Green Smoothie

Delicious smoothie recipe for you that is low sugar, low carb but full of nutrition! Vegan optional 😉



1/2 cup almond/coconut milk
1/2 cup yogurt (I use non-dairy)
Handful of lettuce greens
1/2 cucumber (peeled)
1/2 avocado
Juice from 1 lime
1 kiwi
1 scoop Armor Greens Antioxidants ( Get 15% off) 

Superfood boosts Optional:
2 tbsp collagen
1 tsp Maca
Protein powder
1 tsp Spiralina
1 scoop sunflower lecithin
